Prepare outgoing shipments by crafting shipping boxes for returning completed merchandise, verifying job accuracy against manifests, creating shipping labels, and securely packing boxes. Prepare source data for computer entry by meticulously compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities for efficient data management. Process customer and account source documents by meticulously reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving any discrepancies through standard procedures, or referring incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Enter customer and account data accurately by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard, ensuring data integrity. Maintain data entry requirements by adhering to data program techniques and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Ensure data security by completing regular database backups, safeguarding critical information. Uphold operational standards by following policies and procedures, promptly reporting any necessary changes to management. Foster customer confidence and protect operations by maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
