Job Description
Concord Lenoir City , a Division of Summit Medical Group, has an opening for an experienced Data Entry Clerk , to provide support services, to include general clerical and secretarial duties as well as all operational duties required for optimal department maintenance. This is a Full time Opportunity.
Responsibilities:
(List does not include all duties assigned): Performs data entry duties, which may include correspondence and reports, proofreading typed material, and disseminating information to appropriate recipients. Receives and assists visitors, telephone callers when needed. Gathers and distributes information summaries and reports as requested. Attends/prepares agendas and needed resources for meetings as requested. Maintains inventory and reorders materials as needed. Assists supervisor(s) with special projects. Communicates clearly and effectively with physicians, patients, staff, and the public. Exhibits good customer service skills. Adheres to established company policies and procedures, including the Corporate Compliance program, and follows state and federal regulations, such as OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Maintains strict confidentiality. Actively participates in site-level Quality Improvement Activities. Each employee will contribute to the continual evaluation site performance as well as the implementation and measurement of improvement activities that increase the quality of care provided to patients. Performs related work as assigned.Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
