This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities Enter and maintain work copyright information within the company database Ensure all works data is accurately processed and updated Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television productions Identify, track, and escalate issues requiring management support Perform additional administrative and data-related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines quickly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Quick learner with a proactive work style Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Additional Details 6-month onsite contract located in Franklin, TN Pay rate: $12.00-$16.00 per hour
