Job Description
SplashBrands builds and runs branded online company stores for enterprise clients. We're looking for a meticulous, organized person to build and maintain the master products in our systems — the accurate records every store and order depends on. What you'll do Create and maintain master product records: styles, colors, sizes, pricing, and specs Verify product data against supplier catalogs and catch discrepancies before they reach a customer Prep product images in Photoshop — resizing, cropping, background cleanup Keep naming conventions and product attributes consistent across stores Audit existing entries and fix errors as found What we're looking for Exceptional attention to detail — the most important quality for this role Strong organizational skills and discipline to follow set processes Comfort in web-based systems and spreadsheets; quick to learn new tools Basic Photoshop skills (resize, crop, background cleanup) — not a designer, just comfortable in the tool Ability to work accurately through high-volume data entry without cutting corners
