Provided Onsite About the Opportunity We are seeking 10 Clinical Data Entry Specialists to support a major healthcare organization's Phase 3 Epic Go-Live initiative. This project is focused on integrating newly acquired clinics and ensuring accurate migration of patient information into Epic. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with Epic workflows. You will play a key role in abstracting patient records, converting schedules, and ensuring critical clinical data is accurately transferred into the new system. Responsibilities Enter and validate patient information within Epic Abstract clinical records and transfer data into the new system Review, organize, and migrate patient data during system conversion Support patient scheduling and schedule conversion activities Assist with patient registration and demographic updates Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure successful Epic go-live support Required Qualifications Previous data entry experience , preferably in a healthcare environment Experience working with Epic or similar healthcare systems (CC1 experience also considered) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an Epic implementation, go-live, or data conversion project Familiarity with Epic Cadence workflows Experience with patient registration, scheduling, or medical records
