Job Description
We are seeking a QA & Data Collection Specialist (Retail Operations) to oversee store-level testing, UPC validation, and computer vision data collection.
Work Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST OR
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST
Weekend Support (Future Scope):
Possible from upcoming project phases
Tuesday & Wednesday may be designated weekly offs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end testing across 160+ camera locations monthly using Excel workbooks, execute physical-to-digital item validation (up to 2,000 UPCs/month), and manage price tag compliance and issue tracking via internal tools.
Core Technical & Operational Stack:
Advanced MS Excel (formulas, data validation), Internal Portals & Mobile App Testing, UPC/Data Validation & Labeling, Image/Video Data Collection, and Root Cause/Discrepancy Reporting.
