Job Description

Maintains, implements, and reports the production of oil and gas within company's operated fields. Reports production to the appropriate partners as well as Federal and State agencies. Works closely with asset teams, field personnel and revenue to ensure accurate allocations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Prepares, monitors, and maintains oil and gas allocations. Monitors and maintains data entry associated with oil and gas volumes, end of the month stocks, chart integrations, and crude oil run tickets. Monitors and maintains production volumes of company's operated properties to ensure revenues are received and recorded accurately. Works with field operators and asset teams to correct any system/data issues with daily production and can explain variances. Trains new field operators in the use of FDC setup and data entry. Maintains professional working relationships with all levels of field personnel and office staff. Works with Asset Teams to ensure that all daily and monthly allocations are accurate down to the well level. Provides the team with any production information or analysis of data as requested. Prepares State and Federal production reports for the company. Files all appropriate state well tests and limited regulatory paperwork (non-drilling and completion). Monitors and resolves compliance issues associated with production audits and third-party audits. Ability to work towards understanding product flow in the field and its corresponding relationship to system allocations. Ability to work with allocation software and can accomplish simple Delivery setups for less complex fields. Consults with Sr. Team members or Manager to resolve issues and flow setups for more complex fields. Prepares Partner reports of monthly reporting. Able to consult Sr. Team Members/Manager or provide support when issues arise. Prepares and monitors all third-party oil and gas statements on operated properties. Provides backup assistance and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed. Maintains desk documentation in accordance with team best practices.

Other duties assigned by management. Ability to travel 1 week per year. Willingness to learn and use proprietary AI tools in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
2+ years production analyst experience or related in the oil and gas industry. Possesses intellectual curiosity to accurately solve problems in data management. Likes working with numbers. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public. Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Effective organizational skills. Effective use and application of the following software:
