Irving, TX What to Expect You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining sensitive data using internal and external information systems. This role will be required to have strong typing abilities, attention to detail, able to maintain records, and assist with data sourcing for reporting purposes. What You'll Do As a Data Entry Clerk, you will: Assist with data mining for periodic State data reporting and submission of PEIMS and Core Collections. Perform data entry and maintenance of PEIMS data in various financial and student information systems like Skyward, PowerSchool, Ascender, Websmart, and others. Ensure timely and accurate data entry including routine updates and reports. Assist with updates and verification of current and previous campus data collection and data submission to the State for inconsistencies. Perform system data/information conversion and data entry accuracy. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any inconsistencies. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Strong written and verbal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits Benefits Hourly pay range $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Medical PPO, HMO, and HSA plans with employer contributions Dental and vision plans Simple IRA with 3% employer match Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance 80 hours of paid time off and paid holidays Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
