This position plays an important role in making sure sales transactions are accurate, complete, properly funded, and finalized timely. If you're someone who catches the little things, enjoys working with numbers and documentation, and likes getting things completed correctly, this may be a great fit. What You'll Do Review sales transactions for accuracy and completeness before finalization Verify pricing, payments, financing information, and supporting documentation Confirm required documents are complete and properly attached Verify funding has been received before finalizing financed transactions Identify missing or incorrect information and work with locations or departments to resolve discrepancies Finalize completed deals in the dealership management system Monitor outstanding deals and follow up to keep transactions moving Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation Communicate with Lot Managers, Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other departments Assist with reconciliations, reporting, data review, and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed Identify recurring errors or process issues and communicate trends to management Follow established internal controls and company procedures Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and follow-through Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines Comfortable working with financial information and documentation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while following established procedures Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and business software Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, banking, dealership operations, finance, or transaction processing preferred Experience with dealership management or accounting systems is a plus, but we can train the right person Why This Role Matters Every sale eventually has to become a clean, complete, properly funded transaction.
