Data Entry Clerk Alpine Air - 3.5 Provo, UT Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Typing Full Job Description Job title Data Entry Clerk; [01051 - Data Entry Operator I] Job location Provo, UT Reports to Records Manager Job purpose Alpine Air is currently seeking a full-time Data Entry Clerk to be located at their Provo company headquarters site. The Clerk will be responsible for the integrity of maintenance and inventory data within the records system. The Records Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Records Manager with maintaining flight, maintenance, and training records. Duties and responsibilities The selected applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: Organize daily maintenance records Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners Create and update records in maintenance tracking software Verify data by comparing it to source documents Assist in other assignments as required Audit and edit inspection documents for compliance with the Federal Records Act (44 U.S.C. 31) and FAA requirements Assist in preparation of materials and/or reports requested by other departments or the FAA Audit and edit inspection documents for compliance with FAA requirements Coordinate filing of repair station manuals, documents, and training records Qualifications Qualifications include: Great attitude and friendly demeanor 0-2 years of experience in Data Entry Preferred admin or assistant experience Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong organizational and planning skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to type 50 WPM and have basic computer skills High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA in administration or relevant field will be preferred Working conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually low. This position is a Full-Time position, working 35-40 hours per week.
