Full-Time Job Description:
General Purpose The Data Entry Specialist will support the HR Operations team with accurate and timely entry of Form I-9 information and related employment documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to process a high volume of information accurately. Key Responsibilities Enter and update I-9 information and related employee documentation. Review documents for completeness and accuracy based on established procedures. Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate issues to the appropriate HR Operations team member. Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure information is entered within established timelines. Handle confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements. Assist with I-9 audits, corrections, and other HR data entry tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous data entry, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS preferred. Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines. Physical Demands Primarily sedentary work requiring prolonged sitting and computer use. Frequent repetitive hand and wrist movements for typing and data entry. Ability to visually review detailed information on computer screens and documents. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting of light office materials.

Salt Lake City, Utah Hourly Rate:
$16.00 - $18.00 hourly depending on experience
