Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Processing Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and eager to develop their administrative and data management skills. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and internal systems. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed. Organize and maintain digital files and records. Process forms, reports, and other business documents in a timely manner. Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Respond to internal requests for information and provide administrative support. Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience required; paid training provided. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation. Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems is a plus.
