Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records. This position is suitable for individuals who are organized, dependable, comfortable working with computers, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while completing repetitive tasks. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite . Responsibilities Enter and update information accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain and organize electronic records and documents. Verify information and identify missing or incorrect data. Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Follow established procedures for data entry and document management. Communicate with team members when clarification or additional information is needed. Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time expectations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and internet skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or similar software. Ability to type accurately and efficiently. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Reliable and professional communication skills. Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
