In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal staff, managing initial inquiries, gathering essential case information, and ensuring smooth communication flow throughout the process. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help streamline intake procedures, support case management, and uphold our commitment to exceptional client service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a fast-paced environment dedicated to service and client advocacy. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors professionally, providing clear guidance and assistance during initial contact Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with confidentiality standards Coordinate with intake staff to facilitate case progression and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while prioritizing urgent cases and client needs Requirements Prior experience in administrative roles within offices or related environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry, document review, proofreading, and filing tasks Effective communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
