Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in processing invoices for the Accounts Payable department in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your organizational and data management skills while contributing to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Process a high volume of 200-250 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and input data as needed.
  • Scan and digitize documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
  • Ensure proper coding of invoices for streamlined processing within the Accounts Payable system.
  • Perform quality checks to identify and correct any data entry errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly processing goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Provide support for additional administrative tasks as assigned.
