Full-Time Data Entry Clerk (2nd Shift)

Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on second shift. This position is responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy while meeting established productivity standards. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter information into company databases and systems. Review, verify, and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors. Maintain electronic files and records in an organized manner. Process high volumes of information while maintaining quality standards. Perform data audits and quality control reviews. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Meet productivity goals and performance expectations. Follow established procedures, policies, and data entry guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data issues. Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred. Strong typing and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Data Entry Assessment All applicants must complete a Data Entry Assessment as part of the hiring process.
The assessment evaluates:
Keystrokes Per Hour (KPH) Typing speed and accuracy Attention to detail Data entry proficiency Candidates must meet the required productivity and accuracy standards to be considered for employment.
