This Fortune 500 company and the nation's largest homebuilder is looking for a Data Entry Clerk for its Kirkland accounting department. This is a high-volume, detail-driven data-entry position supporting invoice processing and other day-to-day accounting activities. The team cares more about speed, accuracy, organization, and reliability than previous accounting experience. A college degree and prior accounting experience are not required. Experience gained behind a bar, at a register, in a busy café, or in another fast-paced environment can translate well to this role. $55k

•$60k/yr

Availability:

Monday

•Friday, flexible hours within 7am

•5pm (leaving no earlier than 4pm). Ability to work OT periodically required. What You'll Do Enter a high volume of invoices and schedule them for payment Review invoices for accuracy and correct discrepancies Process expense statements and reimbursements Communicate with vendors regarding missing or incorrect information Perform invoice reconciliations Enter permit-related account information Assist with bank deposits Maintain vendor records, insurance documentation, and account setup information Research past-due invoices and billing questions Verify company ownership of properties during applicable billing periods Maintain organized and accurate records Complete assigned work within established deadlines Conduct business professionally and ethically Work occasional overtime during busy periods Perform other assigned duties as needed What We're Looking For Six months to one year of relevant work experience Strong numerical data-entry and 10-key skills Ability to process a high volume of information quickly and accurately Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong time-management and prioritization abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email Dependable, efficient, and comfortable performing structured, deadline-driven work Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a strong sense of ownership Selected candidates will complete a 10-key assessment. Relevant backgrounds may include food service, bartending, retail, cashiering, call centers, warehouse scanning or picking, dispatch, administrative support, order processing, data entry, front desk, and reception.
