Job Description

Title:
Pharmaceutical Data Collector Shift:
Monday - Wednesday, and every other
Thursday:
6am-6pm
Duration:
6 months + depending on production needs
Wage:
$25-$28/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Data Collectors to support labor data tracking and analysis within our Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) operations. This role is critical to enhancing visibility into technician activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives led by the Business Excellence group.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect labor and activity data for CMO Manufacturing and related departments during the assigned shift. Walk the production floor to observe and document technician workflows. Collaborate closely with Shift Supervisors and the Resource Managers to ensure accurate tracking of technician flow and task execution. Compile and organize collected data for review with the Business Excellence team. Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs), as required by department processes and JHS guidelines. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and accurately document production processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in data collection is desired Experience working in manufacturing operations or pharmaceutical environments desired. Must be ok with exposure to Allergens. Must be ok with Pushing, Pulling, Walking, Prolonged Standing, and Sitting. Ability to use respirators needed.
