Data Entry/Invoicing Clerk Location:

Requirements:
Office/Data entry experience Good customer service skills
Invoicing or basic accounting knowledge is preferred
Strong 10 key data entry skills with a love of working with numbers
Basic Excel knowledge entering data into existing spreadsheets
Computer savvy to learn new software
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and make corrections Process invoice accounts and file claims with vendors
- Process voids, product cross-reference, activate accounts, and maintain multiple email inboxes
- Process chargebacks and rebills from vendors
