Requirements:
Office/Data entry experience and customer service skills Invoicing or basic accounting knowledge is preferred Strong 10 key data entry skills with a love of working with numbers Basic Excel knowledge entering data into existing spreadsheets Computer savvy to learn new software
Responsibilities:
Data entry and make corrections Process invoice accounts and file claims with vendors Process voids, product cross-reference, activate accounts, and maintain multiple email inboxes Process chargebacks and rebills from vendors Help to cover the Reception Desk, sort/deliver mail if needed If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to clerical@flexstaff.com.
