Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Help Desk Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data within various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Your technical proficiency, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality will ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Schedule:
7:30AM to 4:00PM Responsibilities Input and update data accurately within databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Manage data entry tasks including order processing, transcription, filing, and data collection. Utilize 10 key typing skills to efficiently process large volumes of information with speed and accuracy. Analyze Excel data using pivot tables and other productivity software to generate reports and support decision-making. Handle confidential information with integrity, ensuring data security and privacy at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries related to data or order status. Maintain organized records through filing systems and ensure data consistency across multiple platforms. Qualifications Proven experience with data entry, database systems, and office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel data analysis, spreadsheets, word processing, and order entry. Familiarity with ERP systems, database management, and technical proficiency in handling confidential information. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate data verification and entry processes. Experience in office settings or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to type quickly (10 key typing) with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus.
