Job Description

Compensation is based on 19 hours per week. If not indicated, the hourly rate will be determined by the supervisor. Engage in the assimilation of Dual Enrollment admissions data, processing dual enrollment admissions applications, and maintenance of records and the preparation of related reports. Essential Functions 1. Assist the Director of Dual Enrollment in the assimilation of admissions data, processing dual enrollment admissions applications, maintenance of dual enrollment records, and the preparation of related reports. 2. Process applications using TargetX 9CRM) and Banner to verify information for accuracy and troubleshoot common software errors. 3. Process all applications following ACCS and College guidelines. 4. Process incoming transcripts, test scores, and related forms required for admission and image them into the appropriate records software. 5. Perform administrative duties for the Director of Dual Enrollment or other staff members as requested. 6. Maintain effective, professional relationships with other offices on campus. 7. Perform other related job duties as assigned.
Education :
HS diploma or GED required.
Experience :
