Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Position Summary The Intake Specialist should have experience performing a variety of duties related to the intake, screening, and processing of applicants for public housing and residential leasing. Duties and Responsibilities The position will include, but is not limited to: Inputting and screening applicants for public housing Conducting applicant interviews Assisting with leasing and completing related paperwork in a timely manner Answering telephone calls and responding to inquiries Typing and preparing correspondence and documents Performing data entry Filing and maintaining applicant and client records Providing high-level administrative and clerical support Working in a fast-paced environment while effectively multitasking Qualifications The ideal candidate should: Be a self-starter Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be comfortable working with the public Be organized and detail-oriented Be able to work independently with minimal supervision Have experience with applicant intake, residential leasing, public housing, property management, or a related environment Talantage, LLC is committed to presenting candidates that contribute to an organizations culture of inclusivity and its commitment to diversity in the workplace are demonstrated through our recruitment practices.
