Job Description

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Client Enrollment Representative to help customers enroll in essential telecommunications services through AT&T. In this customer-facing role, you'll work directly with individuals to explain available service options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process to ensure they receive the solutions that best fit their needs. If you enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and helping customers make informed decisions, we'd love to meet you. Client Enrollment Representative Responsibilities Meet with customers to discuss available telecommunications services and current promotions. Guide customers through the enrollment process for wireless, internet, and bundled service options. Educate customers on available plans, pricing, features, and eligibility requirements. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to ensure a positive enrollment experience. Complete account enrollment paperwork and verify customer information for accuracy. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and completed enrollments. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure successful account activation and overall satisfaction. Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and enrollment guidelines through ongoing training. Work toward individual and team enrollment goals while providing outstanding customer service. Client Enrollment Representative Qualifications Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers in person. Positive attitude with a professional and customer-first approach. Comfortable explaining products, answering questions, and recommending solutions based on customer needs. Strong attention to detail when completing enrollments and customer information. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

$3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
