sites and program events Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely collection of required paperwork for client files Produce weekly reports of veterans encountered by the outreach team Assist with communication of upcoming projects and special events sponsored by the outreach team Attend weekly outreach meetings and participate in team activities Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in social services or related field Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and/or the veteran population One year of experience in social services (employment at
