Role Summary:
Nimbus Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with the enrollment process for our Nimbus at Home program. This is a sales focused role in a medical office setting.
Responsibilities:
Obtain informed consent from patients for enrollment in the Nimbus at Home program. Explain the program's benefits, services, and potential outcomes to ensure patients are fully informed and objections are managed. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient consents and educational interactions in EHR according to internal protocols. Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding, and working to ensure a positive patient experience. Collaborate with the Nimbus Health team, including healthcare providers, to coordinate patient enrollment and ensure seamless care transitions. Provide feedback to the team to help improve the enrollment and education process, making it more successful and efficient. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Sales experience Excellent communication skills with ability to seamlessly manage patient objections Medical Office or other relevant experience a plus Value Based Care experience a plus Chronic Care Management experience a plus EMR experience High school diploma or equivalent required Why Nimbus Health?
