The position is responsible for obtaining, carefully reviewing, and verifying Veteran information; maintaining case files; and working with the Quality Assurance Specialist in developing program reports. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and 1 year of experience in determining Veteran eligibility for VA services. Minimum Associate's Degree in Human Sciences and 3 years' experience in determining Veteran eligibility for VA services. The selected applicant must have above-average computer skills and the ability to cross-reference client information. The salary range is $50,274- $ 61,108 annually plus benefits.
