Job Description
Great customer experiences start with great conversations. Eclipse California OC is seeking a Telecom Enrollment Representative to represent AT&T Fiber Internet and Wireless services through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, you will meet with prospective customers at retail locations and community events, educate them on AT&T's high-speed Fiber Internet, wireless phone plans, devices, and current promotions, and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish. This is a customer-facing sales opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers choose telecommunications services that fit their everyday needs. If you're motivated by working with people, learning new products, and earning opportunities based on performance, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Be Doing as a Telecom Enrollment Representative Represent AT&T by promoting Fiber Internet, wireless phone plans, mobile devices, and related telecommunications services. Guide customers through the enrollment process from initial conversation to completion Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotional offers, and service benefits in an easy-to-understand manner.
