Under the supervision and direction of the Head of School and/or designated school leadership, the Marketing & Enrollment Admissions Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and development of enrollment at Leadways School. The position plays a key role in recruiting new students, increasing awareness of Leadways programs, cultivating relationships with prospective families, and guiding families through the admissions and enrollment process. The Specialist will function as a sales and enrollment professional, actively identifying, engaging, nurturing, and converting prospective families into enrolled students across Leadways School's various programs. The role will develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate targeted recruitment and marketing activities designed to support the school's enrollment goals and overall recruitment strategy.
