VITASIGNS VITASIGNS
is a healthcare technology company in Newport Beach. We provide remote patient monitoring and chronic care management services to physician practices across California. We are a technology and services company that supports doctors and their patients. We are not a medical practice. About the role This is a full-time, on-site position at our Newport Beach office. It is not remote and not hybrid. Please only apply if you can work in our office five days a week. You will be calling patients whose own physician has already referred them into a remote monitoring program. These are not cold calls. Most of the people you speak with are 65 or older, many are nervous about new technology, and your job is to make the program feel simple, safe, and worth doing. A good call ends with the patient set up, comfortable, and having taken their first reading while you are still on the line with them. What you will do Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to patients referred by their doctor Explain the monitoring program clearly and patiently to older adults Read enrollment and consent scripts accurately and completely Walk patients through setting up their device and confirm their first reading Set expectations for daily readings and answer questions about how the program works Log every call and outcome in our CRM the same day Handle hesitation with warmth, including when a family member is skeptical Route any clinical or medical question to our nursing team right away What this role does not do This is a non-clinical position. You will never give medical advice, interpret a patient's readings, discuss medications, or answer clinical questions. Those always go to a licensed nurse. What we are looking for Clear, easily understood spoken English at a comfortable conversational pace, since many patients have hearing difficulty One or more years in outbound calling, patient outreach, medical front office, or healthcare customer service Real, hands-on CRM experience. You will live in our CRM all day. You need to be able to search records, update fields, log activity, and work a call list without hand holding. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred, and experience with Salesforce, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or a similar system transfers well. Please be candid about your comfort level here, we screen for it Comfortable learning new software quickly and troubleshooting on your own High call volume mentality paired with real patience Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Newport Beach five days a week Nice to have Bilingual. English is required, and a second language is a real advantage given our patient population. Spanish, Mandarin, and Farsi are especially valuable, and other languages are welcome Medical assistant, pharmacy technician, or medical front office background Familiarity with Medicare, remote patient monitoring, or chronic care programs Schedule and location Full-time, on-site at our Newport Beach office, Monday through Friday during business hours. Occasional Saturday availability is a plus. Compensation $25.00 per hour, plus a performance bonus with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour when program metrics are met. The bonus plan rewards call activity, successful patient setups, documentation quality, and patient retention. Bonus earnings are variable and not guaranteed, depend on individual performance and program results, and are subject to the terms of the bonus plan in effect, which may be adjusted going forward.
