Job Description
We're a sales and business consulting firm, is appointing an Enrollment Associate to master this pairing for the AT&T suite. The Enrollment Associate will learn to navigate the complexities of fiber, wireless, and digital solutions with the methodical precision of a master sommelier selecting a vintage. As an Enrollment Associate, you will learn to curate the initial customer experience for the AT&T ecosystem. This involves a disciplined understanding of enrollment management, sales activation guidance, and compliance—a trifecta of responsibilities executed with quiet proficiency, setting the tone for a long and mutually prosperous association. Day-to-Day Duties of the Enrollment Associate Learn and apply AT&T's sales enrollment procedures, including documentation intake, provisioning, and sales activation workflows. Support customer onboarding by coordinating sales outreach schedules, verifying account details, and aligning with campaign standards. Log customer enrollment milestones, pipeline activity, and client interactions in CRM to support visibility and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delays and documentation issues, escalating through structured workflows when needed. Review territory metrics and sales campaign data to identify trends and refine outreach strategies. Assist post-enrollment by reinforcing product value, identifying upgrade opportunities, and supporting customer retention goals. What We're Looking For in an Enrollment Associate High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage workflows and guide customers through enrollment steps. Previous experience in a customer service position, such as sales, account management or retail/service industry is a plus! Detail-oriented and proactive; thrives in structured, performance-driven environments with clear benchmarks. Flexible availability during business hours to support customer outreach and sales enrollment timelines.
