WHAT YOU'LL DO

Connect & Discover Respond to prospective families and schedule tours. Review a brief pre-tour questionnaire to understand each family's priorities. Ask thoughtful questions to uncover what parents truly want for their child. Build trust through excellent communication and listening. Personalize the Tour Conduct engaging, personalized school tours. Connect our Montessori approach to each family's goals. Help parents envision their child learning, growing, and thriving. Answer questions about tuition, programs, academics, behavior, social development, and school readiness. Address concerns confidently and honestly. Follow up personally after tours. Guide qualified families toward enrollment.

COMMUNITY & SCHOOL SUPPORT

Additional responsibilities may include: Distributing flyers and promoting the school locally Building relationships with community partners Supporting school events and outreach Light organizing and general school support as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Warm, confident, and approachable Excellent communicator and active listener Naturally curious and comfortable asking questions Persuasive without being pushy Organized and dependable Strong follow-through and follow-up skills Comfortable discussing tuition and enrollment Sales, admissions, hospitality, childcare, education, or customer-service experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Must pass required background and employment screening

COMPENSATION

$25/hour + $1,000 commission for same day enrolled families
