$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and student-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team. The Admissions Advisor plays a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing program information, conducting interviews, following up with leads, assisting students with funding options, and helping applicants start their educational journey. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, strong follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties Student Recruitment & Admissions Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through phone calls, website inquiries, social media campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and career fairs Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to prospective students Interview prospective students to determine career goals, program suitability, and enrollment readiness Explain program details including curriculum, schedules, externships, certifications, tuition, payment plans, and career opportunities Assist students with selecting the appropriate program based on their goals and background Schedule campus tours, virtual appointments, and information sessions Conduct presentations and orientation sessions for prospective students Guide students through the enrollment process from inquiry to start date Lead Management & Follow-Up Maintain consistent communication with leads through CRM systems and communication platforms Follow up on warm leads, inactive leads, and previously interested students Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system Track student documents, pending items, and enrollment status Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and enrollment goals Participate in lead nurturing campaigns and scholarship promotions Re-engage former leads and applicants for upcoming class starts Administrative & Documentation Duties Collect and review enrollment paperwork and student documentation Ensure student files are complete, organized, and compliant Assist with enrollment agreements and related forms Maintain confidentiality of student and company information Coordinate with financial, administrative, and academic departments Prepare reports and updates for management Assist with student onboarding and orientation processes Support office operations including answering phones and greeting visitors Funding & Student Support Provide general information regarding scholarships, grants, payment plans, and workforce funding opportunities Assist students in understanding WIOA, DOR, VA, Workers' Compensation, and private payment options Coordinate with workforce agencies and funding partners when applicable Help students gather documents needed for enrollment and funding approval Marketing & Community Outreach Support Participate in career fairs, workshops, community events, and outreach activities Support social media and marketing campaigns through lead follow-up efforts Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners Assist with special enrollment events and open houses Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and sales abilities Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Computer proficiency including email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred Preferred Experience Admissions, sales, customer service, call center, or recruitment experience preferred Experience in education, vocational schools, healthcare training, or workforce development is a plus Experience using CRM systems and lead management software preferred Work Environment Fast-paced and goal-oriented educational environment Opportunity for career growth and leadership development Supportive and team-focused culture Some local travel for events, workshops, and outreach activities may be required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, compassionate, driven, and passionate about helping students improve their future through education.
