The Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in growing and strengthening our school community. As a trusted guide and enthusiastic ambassador, this individual cultivates relationships with prospective families, shares the heart and mission of the school, and helps families confidently navigate the enrollment process. Through intentional outreach, personalized care, and strategic thinking, the Enrollment Specialist helps ensure that new students and families feel welcomed, connected, and eager to join our community.

Qualifications:

First and foremost, the Enrollment Specialist must have a passionate relationship with Jesus Christ. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or related field. 2+ years of experience in enrollment management, marketing, or admissions, preferably in a private school setting. Must be a self-starter who is able to implement strategies to reach enrollment goals. Proficiency in CRM and enrollment management software, as well as all Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven leadership and team building skills. A cheerful, outgoing, and engaging personality. Flexible schedule to attend evening or weekend events as needed.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with FCA Administration and marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with the school's mission and goals. Lead the enrollment process, including inquiries, campus tours, applications, and student assessments. Manage Enrollment Tracking Spreadsheet, Enrollment Communication Workbook, and Enrollment Numbers Report. Manage FinalSite and

database. Track Referral tuition credits. Maintain accurate enrollment data and provide regular reports on trends, projections, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and leadership to ensure a welcoming and effective enrollment experience. Manage non-traditional programs as they relate to enrollment and enrollment status. Work with the Creative Team to develop and execute promotional materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns. Plan and coordinate enrollment events, open houses, and community engagement activities. Cultivate relationships with prospective families, strategic partners, and community organizations. Work closely with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students and families. Oversee and compile data from FCA family exit surveys. Collaborate with FCA Head of School to develop retention strategies that enhance student and family satisfaction. Create and manage enrollment department budget. Other tasks as assigned.
