This is a hybrid healthcare sales and treatment technician position . A major part of the role is helping prospective patients understand their condition and treatment options, discovering what is motivating them to seek care, presenting recommended programs, and helping qualified patients make a decision to begin treatment. You will also work directly with patients performing SoftWave therapy and red light therapy treatments after appropriate training. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and enrollment conversations Ask effective questions to understand the patient's goals and motivation Educate patients about recommended treatment programs Present pricing and financing options Enroll qualified patients into care Perform SoftWave therapy treatments Perform red light therapy treatments Assist with ongoing patient care and treatment flow Track consultations, enrollments, and conversion performance Document patient visits appropriately Maintain treatment rooms and equipment Provide a consistently high-level patient experience No prior SoftWave experience is required. We will provide training on SoftWave and red light therapy. Strong communication, sales ability, accountability, and comfort working directly with patients are more important.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
