Process case maintenance transactions, perform data entry into Eligibility Determination Systems, and evaluate medical expense eligibility. Ensure all tasks adhere strictly to quality assurance guidelines and contract deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
Process case maintenance transactions and accurately enter consumer information into eligibility systems. Evaluate and determine the eligibility of medical expenses according to program guidelines. Communicate professionally with clients through verbal and written channels. Meet or exceed daily quality and productivity standards without error. Detect, document, and correct quality issues in a timely manner.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred. Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM. Ability to organize work, set priorities, and sustain a fast production pace. strong problem-solving, analytical, and computer skills.Preferred:
Prior experience in transaction processing or eligibility determination.
