Assisted the Payment Posting Lead by entering Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from insurance carriers and patient payments with a high degree of accuracy. Performed additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support department efficiency and compliance. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree (4-year diploma preferred). Proficient in PC operations, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook. Familiarity with medical billing software required. Solid understanding of third-party medical billing processes and insurance workflows. Minimum of one year of related experience in medical billing, credentialing, or healthcare administration.
