Job Description:
Maritime Odyssey Preschool is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Director of Enrollment. As a part-time assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our enrollment processes and ensuring smooth communication with our diverse community of parents and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Enrollment in managing inquiries and applications. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers in , both verbally and in writing. Maintain accurate records and databases related to enrollment. Collaborate with the team to organize and schedule enrollment events. Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation. Handle inquiries from prospective families and provide information about our programs. Assist in processing enrollment paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to data/information collection.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
