Our busy pediatric dental practice is looking for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Insurance Verification Specialist . The Insurance Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying dental benefits for 3 office locations and ensuring clarity of insurance coverage information for patients and timely communication with insurance providers.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in dental/medical insurance verification Knowledge of dental terminology Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently to confirm patient insurance eligibility.

Key responsibilities:

Verification of patient dental benefits prior to scheduled appointments Notification of all coverage updates and/or termed policies Serving as the primary point of contact for all insurance/billing related questions from patients and staff.
