Job Description

Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking an Enrollment & Billing Rep I to join their team. As an Enrollment & Billing Rep I, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting membership and enrollment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20 an hour
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm What's the Job? Support membership and enrollment activities for Medicare Advantage, Individual, and Commercial lines of business during open enrollment season Process applications for enrollment and disenrollment via electronic and written methods Handle ACH entry forms and payment processing Perform daily file processing, data entry, and report generation Conduct member outreach for incomplete or missing information through various communication channels What's Needed? Experience with data entry in an office environment Strong general office, clerical, and administrative skills Familiarity with healthcare-related processes is a plus Proficiency with computer systems, multiple screens, and applications Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to follow instructions What's in it for me?
