Counseling Services! We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team and welcome patients to our facility while helping process them before their scheduled appointments Intake specialist responsibilities include: Welcoming clients to the facility Complete all admissions paperwork and enter it into the EHR system Verify medical insurance coverage for each client Assist in coordinating transportation for clients between facilities Schedule appointments Check in clients for appointments Process client payment for services and housing Answer phone and email inquiries Address any client complaint or concerns Perform clerical work such as filing, copying and faxing Light housekeeping
