Job Description

Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Position Purpose:

To support Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) and record-keeping compliance. The incumbent will recruit eligible families, complete intake applications for those interested in participating in the program, and coordinate enrollment efforts. Adhere to

performance standards, GEMINUS policies and procedures and

STATE MANDATES

regarding the reporting of child abuse and neglect. Scope of Authority/Responsibility The ERSEA Specialist reports to the ERSEA Manager and is responsible for overseeing all documentation and recordkeeping for compliance, including but not limited to: 1. Recruitment, Intake, and Enrollment 2. myHeadStart database

•initial entry of family records 3. Monitoring This position is required to have access to reliable transportation in order to work offsite a minimum of 20% of the time, activities include: recruitment, intakes, community events.

Education:

Associate degree in office administration, technology or a related field preferred.

Experience:

2 years of related experience in administrative duties, data entry, client/customer service preferred.

Pay Range:

$20.87
