A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License required Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is beneficial Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamKey Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to assigned caseload of K-12 students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed and compliant session documentation Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized treatment plans Foster engaging, inclusive learning environments to support student growth Enjoy a highly competitive compensation package, with weekly pay ranging from $45 to $55 per hour.
