Business Development Manager Position Summary:
This is a sales-focused position with an uncapped commission opportunity. The Admissions Specialist (AS) is responsible for community outreach and offering our services to new clients. The AS is responsible for answering the phones, data entry, and other clerical duties as directed by the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer services skills Sales experience Multitasking Excellent organizational skills Interest and desire to work with seniors and other adults with special needs Satisfactory references, criminal background check, drug screen and alcohol test, and clear TB test Detail-oriented VA / Veteran Experience Experience working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or with veterans is highly recommended but not required. Candidates with experience navigating VA services, working with veteran populations, or developing relationships with VA facilities and veteran-focused organizations are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
I) Phone Management Demonstrates professional phone manners at all times Answers phone calls directed to their phone, must respond within 24 hours of any missed calls Communicate with Doctor's offices and other agencies II) Data Entry Respond to emails Track customer relations management in Microsoft Teams III) Clerical Support Enroll clients from start to finish Participate in reassessments when necessary Build relationships. Community outreach. Generate income for the company Explain and sell Access Care services Advertising for Access Care Social media management and tracking VI) Compliance Abides by the standards identified in
Access ADHC's Compliance Plan and HIPAA Plan Additional Qualifications:

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
