Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers and insurance members. Assist with questions related to medical and dental benefits, eligibility, claim status, and payments. Research and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently. Navigate multiple insurance systems while documenting all customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. Qualifications Working knowledge of medical and dental insurance, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, eligibility verification, and claims processing. Previous experience in a medical or dental office is strongly preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment.
