The Coordinated Entry Specialist will assist clients with identifying community resources, providing offering support and guidance in crises.
  • Over the phone, talk with clients to assess their housing needs and make recommendations for assistance based on guidelines provided.
  • Offer support and guidance in crisis situations.
  • Assist clients with identifying community resources
