Job Description

Position Overview The Admissions Application Specialist supports students throughout the U.S. school and university application process. This position works with advisors, students, and families to organize application materials, track deadlines, and coordinate application-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate application timelines, deadlines, and required materials for assigned students. Organize transcripts, test scores, recommendation letters, resumes, and other application documents. Assist with application forms and maintain accurate student application records. Coordinate essay and personal statement review with advisors and writing instructors. Support interview preparation and other application-related activities. Track application status and communicate updates to students and families. Assist with waitlist, transfer, and late-round application processes when needed. Professional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience with college admissions, independent school admissions, educational consulting, or student services preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Application and document management systems Spreadsheet and database management Online research and information organization Compensation & Hours The position offers $30-$45 per hour and is expected to require approximately 40 hours per week.

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
