Job Description

Applications:
May 31, 2026, or until the position is filled. Enrollment Advisor This position focuses on supporting core functions and responsibilities within the Enrollment Department. This includes Eligibility, Recruitment, and Enrollment for all HCS Head Start programs. Education Requirements Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Human Services, Business Management, Communications, Office Information Technologies, or related field required. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Management, Communications, Office Information Technologies, or related field preferred.
Skills and Experience Computer Literacy:
word processing, database skills, Excel spreadsheets. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a diverse workplace. Working knowledge of and sensitivity to the childcare issues of low-income, at-risk children and families, and commitment to quality childcare programs. Effective and strong telephone communication skills. Must be task-oriented and detailed. Basic mathematics skills. Ability to acquire a good understanding of childcare subsidies. Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner. Ability and willingness to work as a team member. Ability to maintain and adhere to boundary guidelines. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 119, Section 51-A, the Enrollment Advisor is a mandated reporter and field to the statutory reporting requirements.
Starting Pay:
$23.81 - $27.52 per hour, depending on education level and experience
Full Time:
40 hours per week
Full Year:
