Our company is seeking a full-time Verizon Enrollment Representative who makes Verizon personal and is worth every customer's attention. The Verizon Enrollment Representative also helps turn interest into successful enrollments while gaining valuable experience in customer support. As a Verizon Enrollment Representative, you'll be the simplified solution to customers' complicated internet and entertainment service problems. The Verizon Enrollment Representative meets them in person, cutting through the confusion to show them how FiOS delivers fast internet, clear TV, and a reliable home phone, all without the fine print. Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Enrollment Representative Begin in-person enrollment conversations by introducing customers to Verizon FiOS for high-speed home internet, crystal-clear TV packages, and landline phone service. Help our customers align the right Verizon FiOS package with their home needs and complete enrollment with confidence and ease. Build strong enrollment outcomes through in-person, customer-centered discussions that lead to successful enrollments. Deliver in person enrollment explanations of Verizon FiOS benefits that focus on convenience, reliability, and peace of mind during enrollment. Introduce special Verizon FiOS deals that provide solid value and open clear enrollment opportunities. Partner with colleagues to meet enrollment numbers while protecting high customer satisfaction.
