Job Description
This position is responsible for processing all incoming faxes, mail, and documents from outside offices into patients' charts and throughout the practice. It also serves as the primary interoffice mail courier and assists with business office duties. Skills required include attention to detail, strong keyboarding with high degree of accuracy, and knowledge of medical terminology. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment. EMR/computer knowledge required, NextGen experience a plus.
